Felicity is operated by STEFF & CO LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Felicity. These Terms govern your use of felicitycloset.com, our products, and the Felicity Exclusive membership.

PLEASE NOTE: The full Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing info@felicitycloset.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

Felicity Exclusive Membership

The membership is optional and is only ever added by you. Felicity Exclusive is a separate item sold on our site. You are enrolled, and you are charged for it, only if you add the Felicity Exclusive membership to your cart yourself and complete checkout with it in your order.

Buying any other Felicity product on its own does not enroll you, does not start a trial, and never creates a recurring charge. The membership is never preselected, never bundled into another product, and never added to your order automatically.

When you do check out with the membership in your cart, it begins with a promotional 28 day free trial. Membership gives you access to workout videos, fitness programs, digital content, and member perks on products and clothing.

  • The membership appears in your cart as its own line item, priced and labelled, and you can remove it at any time before you complete your order.
  • Your free trial begins on the date you complete checkout with the membership in your order and lasts 28 consecutive calendar days.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription.
  • You will then be charged USD $19.99, and your subscription renews automatically every 28 days at the then current price until you cancel.
  • We send an email notice 5 to 7 days before each charge.
  • Free trials are limited to one per eligible customer.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next scheduled renewal date. You can cancel by:

  • logging into your account at felicitycloset.com;
  • using the Cancel Membership page; or
  • emailing info@felicitycloset.com with the subject "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]".

After you cancel, your membership will not renew, you will not incur future charges, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Please note: returning a physical product does not cancel your membership, and closing your account does not cancel your membership. You must cancel the subscription separately. Initiating a chargeback also does not cancel your membership.

Refunds

Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already processed. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Returns of physical products are governed by our Refund Policy.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, and correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full. Colours may display differently on your screen.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Our workouts, programs and wellness content are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Exercise carries inherent risks, and participation is at your own risk. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in the membership, including workout videos, photography, branding and written materials, is owned by or licensed to STEFF & CO LLC. Your membership grants a personal, non-commercial licence only. Account sharing, redistribution and resale are not permitted.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver provisions in the full Terms of Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted here is the current one, and continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
