This website is operated by STEFF & CO LLC, doing business as Felicity ("Felicity", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the customer. By visiting felicitycloset.com, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without our written permission.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays color exactly. Product descriptions and images are for reference and may be updated at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, to limit quantities per person, per household, or per order, and to correct pricing or description errors even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND BILLING DESCRIPTOR
By placing an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authorization to use it. Payment is captured at the time of purchase. Charges from this store appear on your statement under felicitycloset.com.

4. FELICITY EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP AND RECURRING BILLING
Felicity offers an optional paid membership called Felicity Exclusive.

You are charged $19.99 today and every 30 days until canceled. You'll receive an email notice 5-7 days before each charge and a receipt after each successful transaction.

Key terms:
- The membership is optional and is never preselected. You must actively choose to add it, and the price, billing interval, and cancellation method are disclosed before you complete checkout.
- Placing a one-time product order does not enroll you in the membership and does not create a recurring charge.
- The first charge occurs at checkout. Each renewal is charged every 30 days to the payment method on file until you cancel.
- Membership benefits are described in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
- You may cancel at any time by logging into your account at felicitycloset.com, by using the Cancel Membership page, or by emailing info@felicitycloset.com with the subject "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]". No phone call is required to cancel.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a future recurring charge. After you cancel, your benefits remain active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date.
- We may change the membership price or benefits with at least 30 days notice by email. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timeframes, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, and we will work with you and the carrier on any package that is lost or damaged in transit.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a valid email address and shipping address, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and contact you.

8. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The site may include links, tools, or content from third parties. We are not responsible for third party materials or for any harm related to your use of them. Review the relevant third party's terms before engaging with them.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the Felicity name and marks, is owned by or licensed to STEFF & CO LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish them in connection with our marketing and our products. You agree your submissions do not violate any third party right and are not unlawful or abusive.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEFF & CO LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STEFF & CO LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third party right.

13. PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. TERMINATION
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time and deny you access to the site.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions. These terms, together with the policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
