REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to fix it.

30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Every Felicity order is backed by a 30 day money-back guarantee from the delivery date. If you are not happy with your purchase, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email info@felicitycloset.com with your order number and a short note about what you would like to do, or call (844) 547-4551 during support hours. We will reply with return instructions, a prepaid return label, and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you receive those instructions, because unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns within the 30 day window, at no cost to you.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and reviewed, we email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If the item you want is in stock we can also arrange a direct exchange, just ask.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE REFUNDED
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
- Final sale and clearance items
- Items damaged by the customer, or returned used, worn, washed, or without original packaging
- Returns we receive that cannot be matched to an order

FELICITY EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
Felicity Exclusive is an optional membership sold as its own product. You are only charged for it if you add it to your cart and check out with it. In that case your membership starts with a 28 day free trial. You are charged $19.99 at the end of the trial and then $19.99 every 28 days until you cancel. Ordering any other product on its own does not enroll you and does not create a recurring charge. You'll receive an email notice 5-7 days before each charge and a receipt after each successful transaction.

Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account at felicitycloset.com, by using the Cancel Membership page, or by emailing info@felicitycloset.com with the subject "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]". No phone call is required to cancel. Cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a future recurring charge, and your benefits stay active through the end of the period you already paid for. Returning a physical product does not by itself cancel the membership. Full details are in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email or call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.

LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with anyone else at the address and with your local carrier first, then contact us and we will help investigate.
