PRIVACY POLICY

Felicity is operated by STEFF & CO LLC ("Felicity", "we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit felicitycloset.com, place an order, create an account, join Felicity Exclusive, or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our store is powered by Shopify, which hosts the site and processes information on our behalf.

By using the site you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If there is any conflict between this policy and our Terms of Service, this policy controls on anything to do with personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following, depending on how you use the site:

- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
- Order information: what you view, add to your cart, buy, return, exchange or cancel, and your order history.
- Payment information: your payment method, card type, the last digits of your card, billing details, and confirmation of whether a payment succeeded. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processors.
- Account information: your username, password, saved preferences and settings.
- Membership information: if you buy Felicity Exclusive, your membership status, start date, billing dates, renewal history, cancellation date, and which benefits you have used.
- Messages you send us: anything you include when you email, call, or use a form on the site.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type, and how you move around the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

WHERE IT COMES FROM

Directly from you when you order, register, or contact us. Automatically from your device when you browse the site. From our service providers, such as Shopify, our payment processors, and our shipping carriers. From advertising and analytics partners where you have interacted with our ads.

HOW WE USE IT

- To take and fulfil your orders, take payment, arrange shipping, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To create and manage your account.
- To manage Felicity Exclusive billing, renewals, cancellations and benefits, and to send you the pre-charge notices and receipts described below.
- To provide customer support and answer you.
- To send you marketing email, text messages or postal mail where you have not opted out, and to show you ads for our products on other sites.
- To detect and prevent fraud, protect the site, and keep your account secure.
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.

FELICITY EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

Felicity Exclusive is an optional membership sold as its own product. You are only charged for it if you add it to your cart and check out with it. In that case your membership starts with a 28 day free trial. You are charged $19.99 at the end of the trial and then $19.99 every 28 days until you cancel. Buying any other product on its own does not enroll you and does not create a recurring charge on your payment method.

If you are a member, we use your name, email address, billing details, the payment method on file and your order history to bill and renew the membership, apply your benefits, and send you an email notice 5 to 7 days before each charge and a receipt after each successful charge. Keeping the email address on your account current is what ensures you receive those. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account at felicitycloset.com, by using the Cancel Membership page, or by emailing info@felicitycloset.com with the subject "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]". WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes information so we can run it.
- Service providers who work on our behalf, including payment processors, subscription and membership billing providers, fulfilment and shipping partners, customer support tools, email and SMS providers, cloud storage, and analytics.
- Advertising and marketing partners, so we can advertise to you and measure how our ads perform. Depending on where you live, this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising, and you have the right to opt out. See Your Choices below.
- Anyone you ask us to share it with.
- Legal and business recipients, where we need to comply with the law, respond to a subpoena or similar request, enforce our terms, protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, sale or bankruptcy.

COOKIES

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and deliver and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

YOUR CHOICES

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to send it to another company.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
- Appeal a decision we make about one of these requests.

To exercise any of these, email info@felicitycloset.com or call (844) 547-4551. We may need to verify who you are first, and you can use an authorised agent if you provide proof they act for you. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you browse the site with Global Privacy Control enabled, we treat that as an opt-out request for that browser and device.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. We will still send you non-marketing messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and Felicity Exclusive billing notices, because those relate to something you bought.

SECURITY AND HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep your information for as long as we need it to run your account, provide what you bought, meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Where you have held a Felicity Exclusive membership, we keep the billing and cancellation records for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute resolution.

CHILDREN

The site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

OTHER SITES

Our site may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or security. Read their policies before giving them your information.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may transfer, store and process your information outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Where we transfer information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on a recognised transfer mechanism such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination country has been found to provide adequate protection.

CHANGES

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we work or what the law requires. The version posted here is the current one, and we will give notice where the law requires it.
