Billing & Cancellation

This is a recurring subscription billed at $19.99 USD every 30 days, starting on the date of your first payment. It renews automatically until cancelled. The membership is optional and is never preselected, and buying a product on its own never enrolls you.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges apply after that date. Your benefits stay active through the period you already paid for. Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date.

Cancel by logging into your account, using the Cancel Membership page, or emailing info@felicitycloset.com with the subject "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]". Full terms are in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

When am I charged?

The first $19.99 is charged at checkout, then every 30 days after that until you cancel.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again. No phone call is required.

Do I keep my benefits after cancelling?

You keep them through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then they end.

Is the membership refundable?

Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date. Email us and we will review it.
