Billing & Cancellation

This is a recurring subscription. It starts with a 28 day free trial and is then billed at $19.99 USD every 28 days, renewing automatically until cancelled. The membership is optional and is never preselected, it is only ever added by you, and buying a product on its own never enrolls you and never creates a recurring charge.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges apply after that date. Your benefits stay active through the period you already paid for. Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date.

Questions

When am I charged?

Nothing is charged for the first 28 days. The first $19.99 is charged when your free trial ends, then every 28 days after that until you cancel.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again. No phone call is required.

Do I keep my benefits after cancelling?

You keep them through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then they end.

Is the membership refundable?

Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date. Email us and we will review it.

Does buying a product sign me up?

No. The membership is a separate item you have to add yourself, and it is never preselected.
